How can I track my order?
Once the parcel with your order leaves our warehouse you will receive an automatic email with
the from the shipping company. You will have the possibility to track your parcel by a code
giving from the shipping company.

How long does delivery take and how much will it cost?
Delivery takes normally up to 5 working days within the EU and up to 10 days outside the EU.
Shipping costs differ according to the country. Inside the EU we offer free shipping and outside
the EU shipping is apart from the price. Inside the EU we offer free shipping. To the US and all
other countries, it can differ from 20 to 30 euros.

How many duties and taxes will I have to pay?
Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination.
You will have to pay for them on top of the price displayed in the online shop, which means you
will receive a separate invoice for them.

Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?
Before your purchases have been prepared for shipment we can cancel your order, change an
item, change the size or edit your billing and shipping details.
Please be aware that we are unable to combine orders or add pieces to an existing order once it
has been placed.

Return Policy

If the item that you purchased is damaged. You can contact us by email and we will provide a solution as soon as possible. Please do not send damaged items back to us without mailing us first return period

-Kastriot allows you to return products unused within 14 days of receiving them. Returns will
only be accepted when the Apparel is returned unused, unwashed and with all labels still
attached

-The costs of the return differ based on the shipping company and country that you ship it from.
Please check with your local post office for the price.
After shipping your return you should receive a receipt with a tracking
code so you can track the shipment. Please hold keep this receipt save as
it is your proof of shipment. To ensure the arrival of your return, we strongly recommend sending the
parcel receipt to our email. Kastriot cannot be held liable for missing items.
We advise you to send it with insurance.

-Once the package has arrived, we will process the return as soon as possible. Please be
aware that, due to the high volume of orders, this might take longer than usual.
